Le projet : désinfection des eaux usées de la ville de Montréal par l'ozone, plus grosse station d'ozonation au monde.Mon rôle : gestion de projet, mise en place de l'échéancier, suivi de l'ingénierie, de la fabrication et de la livraison de l'ensemble des équipements du projet, contrôle qualité, gestion documentaire, accompagnement du client, gestion des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Within the Auckland Council's parks operational maintenance team, I was responsible of the following programs:- Coordination of ISO 14001 certification, proposal of new targets and indicators after consultation of the 250 employees, design of monitoring tools and user accession, organization of internal audits. Outcome of external audit was zero non-confirmities.- Raising awareness of executive staff and employees through interactive workshops on sustainable development, followed by the launch of emission and waste reduction programs, through the exchange of good practices between relevant stakeholders in the city.

In collaboration with members of the NBS and associated researchers, I participated in the development of practical tools for SME managers based on research work. - Research and analysis of reports produced by research in sustainable development and CSR,- Creation of a code of practice,- Organization of the international conference “Sustainability: Seeking solutions for SMEs” (www.smechallenges2015.com),- Feasibility study of reusing aircraft carcasses to transform them in viable housings.

I was a founding member and Secretary General of « Junior-Enterprise* » EPF Projets Montpellier. My tasks included:- Administrative and associative management,- Conducting meetings and board of directors,- Responsibility of the legal framework, - Development of the J.E.’s strategy, realization of a business plan, - Customer solicitation, - Follow-up of the studies, - Setting goals to my associates, - Training of 10 students to operate a J.E. on 2-hour sessions.*: “Junior Enterprise”: French concept, non-profit organization with economic and educational purposes. Located within a university, it allows students to put into practice the theoretical teaching they receive, by conducting studies corresponding to the areas of expertise of their school for a wide variety of clients.

In the Geotechnical Sector of the Civil Engineering Department, my work dealt with biogas emissions on landfill sites in Quebec:- Optimisation of 3 estimation models of biogas production by landfill sites in Quebec (IPCC, LandGEM and Afvalzorg models), - Data collection of methane passive oxidation biocovers in the field.

My work consisted of the study of innovative projects at the Division of Studies and Engineering at the Technical Department of Water and Sanitation of the Paris City Council: - Engineering and development of a technique of heat recovery from waste waters to heat a swimming pool- Needs analysis and installation of storm water decanters and performance monitoring, - Market study of flowmeters for installation in water pipes.

My job was to help the company in its first steps towards sustainable development:- Establishment of the first Sustainable Development Policy, - Implementation of a recycling program,- Creating awareness trainings for all employees (120 people), - Pilotage of the first "Environment Day", - Simplified carbon footprint for the plant’s energy use.
