Responsible for managing the teams that provide day-to-day support to CUF’s employees and service providers, ensuring that administrative and operational HR tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently throughout the life cycle of the professionals:Contracts Team - responsible for document management when hiring employees, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and providing information to official bodies.Payroll Team - responsible for managing employee data, attendance management and salary processing.Clinical Fees Team - responsible for managing the clinical service provider lifecycle (from the admission process to updating data and monthly payment) and for implementing and continuously improving the new central systems.HR Data Quality Team - responsible for auditing the central HR systems (identifying opportunities for improvement, corrections and standard behaviors) and producing reports with systematized information to support management.

Management of the team that supports the clinical service providers, in all CUF units, ensuring the planning, coordination and control of the operationalization activities of the processes and policies related to Clinical Fees (from the admission process, data update, attendance management, monthly payment and compliance with legal obligations).

Management of organizational transformation projects in the Human Resources functional areas.

Implementation of new monitoring models: Workforce Planning, Organizational Structure and Clinical Fees.Support in the preparation, analysis and control of the HR budget of the Corporate Areas and support in the salary review process and bonus attribution.

Responsible for the HR Management Information area: analysis of HR indicators, implementation of new monitoring models, HR budget elaboration and control, information reporting to the Executive Committee, several departments and external entities.

Analysis and reporting of financial and non-financial information to support decision making, preparation and execution of the company's month/year close, budget preparation and analysis, and provision of information to all departments and external entities.

Design and reporting of key HR management indicators - cost control and performance indicators.
