Coordenar a implementação e manutenção do sistema Lean, a fim de garantir o desenvolvimento da cultura pela busca da melhoria e aprendizado, através de projetos Kaizen e ferramentas Lean. Realizar o diagnóstico de maturidade da gestão, utilizando como referência o MEG -modelo de Excelência da Gestão, coordenando os planos de melhoria identificados na avaliação e preparando para um novo ciclo de avaliação anual.-Coordenar a implementação e manutenção do sistema Lean na empresa, através de conhecimentos técnicos e utilizando-se de recursos disponíveis, a fim de garantir o desenvolvimento da cultura pela busca da melhoria e aprendizado contínuo.-Realizar treinamento para capacitar JSFS Brasil e Tailândia na cultura de eliminação de desperdícios e aumentar a rapidez do processo.-Levantar e analisar perfil de perdas, análise de capacidades, eficiência, produtividade e ajudar na construção de planos de contramedidas, utilizando-se de conhecimentos técnicos e experiências adquiridas.-Coordenar o programa 5S na empresa.-Identificar e mapear com precisão o fluxo de valor completo dos produtos da empresa.-Aplicar as ferramentas de Lean no geral.-Controlar a documentação de projetos e metodologias Lean.-Realizar diagnóstico da maturidade da gestão, utilizando o MEG – Modelo de Excelência de Gestão, da Fundação Nacional da Qualidade -FNQ.-Realizar suas atividades de acordo com o Sistema de Gestão, Saúde, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e qualidade, seguindo os procedimentos e instrução de SGI.
