World Tour is a brazilian company active in the leisure and corporate travel market, recognized for it's quality and personalized service. My role was to assist the sales team in all aspects of data organization and customer service. The goal was to facilitate internal work, data tracking and to improve customer experience.- Costumer support on domestic and international travel- Travel monitoring and check-in services- Contacting national and international hotels for information, requests and reservations- Booking flights, hotel reservations, insurance buying and other travel booking related matters- Travel problems solving and management of unexpected events- Sales data entry in the company database and support to the accounting team- Maintenance and updating of the customer database- Creating and organizing travel itinerary material to be sent to the customer
