I am a passionate interior designer with a background in marketing and advertising.My three years working as an agency Strategic Planner at McCann (2015-2018) for brands such as Nestle, Coca-Cola, MasterCard, and Ayala Land Premier (luxury real estate) trained me to use critical and design-thinking to solve marketing problems, developing myself as a creative problem solver.In my new career chapter as an interior designer, I am now thrilled to pursue my passion for design, and excited by the opportunity to solve different spatial problems.For my graduation project at Sydney Design School (2020-2022), I created KUBO, a spatial design system inspired by my Filipino heritage, to help make housing more affordable and more dignified for the most vulnerable.My most recent role and first full-time position as an Interior Designer at INCO Studio (2022 - Present), has given me the opportunity to develop my skilset in various administrative, creative and technical design roles. I’ve had the pleasure of leading design concept development for several retail and hospitality projects, and honing my craft and attention to detail through the production of full construction drawing packs for global retail brands.I am excited to continue my evolution as an interior designer, to look for new challenges, and to help make spaces that not only inspire and enrich people’s lives, but help shape society and culture.
