As a project manager, I have led global healthcare research and international regulatory affair projects/programs across North America, Europe and Asia with 80+ stakeholders. I played a key role in Project Management Lifecycle from coordinating project kick-off, facilitating requirement gathering, managing/negotiating project scope, building project teams, tracking & monitoring project progress, removing blockers, stakeholder communications, presenting project status, hosting demos and planning project launch. Process Improvement & Automation: I worked with small businesses to understand their business goals, challenges and recommended automation and process improvement ideas to enhance their daily operations and business processes. I also spearheaded vendor, client and stakeholder relationships. My leadership saved money and time for the administrative teams. Business Development: I started a henna art company to support the local community and spearheaded market research, competitor analysis, pricing analysis and crafted Go-to-Market strategy to launch this business. I became our local community’s Go-to artist for wedding, parties and ethnic events within 3 months of launching the henna art company.All my roles involved coordination and project management, be it being a self-employed business manager or a project manager.
