-As a CARE Fellow I work with the CARE Center staff to implement programs that foster intercultural communication and participation-Help brainstorm ideas to support the students' needs-Help uphold the CARE Center's mission of diversity, equity, and inclusion through discourse, leadership, and engagement

-Established academic enriching programming for students-Hosted Resume-building, LinkedIn Workshop, and CSS Profile Workshops-Attended weekly meetings to collaborate with executive team on planning future events

-Selected as on of the 50 students to participate in a STEM enriching Program- For three consecutive summers I networked with students from all over California and UC Berkley Professors-During the year 2022 I was elected as the representative of California to be the spokes person for NAF Next'22

-An 8-week hands-on internship at Sierra View's Cancer Treatment Center that focused on providing a glimpse to a real-world medical setting-Assisted in taking patients vitals, translating for Spanish speaking patients, provided care to patients, organized materials for nurses, and transported samples to laboratory

-Work with the executive team t0 brainstorm fundraising ideas for families affected by cancer-Help plan a summer camp experience for children whose parents are affected by cancer-Interviewed prospective counselors for the summer camp-Coordinated meetings that prepared counselors for the camp

-Develop flyers that addressed and informed the school community about different medical conditions-Program competitions that allow students to showcase essential nursing skills-Attend weekly meetings to develop a curriculum that could help students prepare for regional and national competitions

-Network with Health Care Professionals to address students' needs-Attended monthly meetings as the Representative of the entire graduating class-Discussed the possibility of internships and enriching opportunities for students-Voiced all students' concerns and great accomplishments
