Coordinate the documentation for staff hiring/termination/ongoingprocesses,Assist in the development of hr policies and procedures.Coordinate exit process for leaving employees,Assist in hiring and onboarding processes.

Ensure the creation and implementation of the strategy designed togrow the business,Provide direct management of key functional managers in thebusiness unit,Develop and implement key hiring and talent development programs,Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financialresponsibilities and activities.
