Current• Worked with assigned HR Business Partners district’s to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring timely completion of pre-employment screenings, sending project assignment letters, booking travel and providing first day logistics• Conducted new hire orientations to introduce the company’s culture and values, explain organizational policies and procedures, and highlight available resources• Prepared and maintained separation documentation to mitigate legal risk and ensure consistency throughout various company entities• Supported company sponsors in verifying scholarship recipients program requirements are met and semester funding is approved• Analyzed, responded and delegated general inquiries to their appropriate human resources COE’s and other support function departments as necessary
