- Creates shipping documentation.- Transaction cost analysis ----Air export & Sea export.- Booking S/O and check related documents.(CO/Form A…)- Building shipping SOP and maintain the database.- Process product compliance report, including Non-Cadmium and Non-Lead declaration,Source inspection total status sheet,MSDS,Non-DG statement…..ect.- Documents all shipping-related concerns and organizes transportation schedule for customers to achieve customer satisfaction.- In charge of our account receivable.- Review the shipping SOP and update annually.- Maintains shipment files ,issues reports and responds to customer/agent inquiries regarding status of shipments.- Clarify RMA issues and help to release the Credit Note / Debit Note.- Handle the Offshore Banking Unit(OBU) account.- Provide customer service and serves in an administrative capacity.- Review customer orders, create pick worksheets on an as needed basis to efficiently meet the customer shipping schedule and satisfy the requested ship dates.- Take charge of Products Liability Insurance.- Fully sales support for whole project.- Works closely with Logistics providers to assure on-time shipments.- Release Shipping Advise.- Provide outer carton specification to avoid volume weight.- Risk management & insurance,submit the report to VP of sales.- Assist clients to combine the goods for export customs with other suppliers.
