I hold an MBA from INSEAD, an undergrad from the Rotterdam School of Management.I am also a Peruvian woman born into an entrepreneurial family who always believed in me and encouraged me to strive for more. I speak 5 languages and hold multiple scholarships. My path so far has led me to be the founder of Amela, the sisterhood of entrepreneurship, and the largest private network for entrepreneurial women between Europe and Latam.I believe in a world where gender is not a barrier and where we can all focus on solving some of the world's most pressing problems.
