As the Head of Marketing at Broll Indian Ocean, my job consists of overseeing all marketing activities of the company while ensuring that my team effectively fulfils the company's marketing strategies. I also ensure that communication is consistent and promote the right message in order to maintain a good brand image.

As a PPC Account Manager, my job consisted of managing a portfolio of clients. I was responsible for the accounts’ strategies, optimizations and implementations, analysis, and growth. As well as client communications. Some of the channels I managed for clients included: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

During these few weeks I learned what Pay Per Click is all about and wrote my first exams. By the end of the internship I was Google AdWords certified and had discovered a new side to advertising. I helped conceptualise the agency’s new website. I attended brainstorming sessions on current briefs and also created content for the agency’s website such as an internship video.
