• Lead diverse administrative functions for a complete business unit for Retail Fraud Services and Claims
• Handle financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business.
• Administer bank programs and policies and direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures.
• Partner with the Associate Readiness and Proficiency team to drive out on site training
• Partner with Site Leader and Business Support Managers to leverage existing suite of reports to hone in on opportunities to drive improvement and provide one to one coaching or in class room training
• Serve as point of contact for employee engagement activities and satisfaction

• Review customer accounts for the prevention and detection of possible fraud
• Responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type
• Completed inbound and outbound calls and took appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity
