Ten years ago, I started small, doing high-end retail sales in San Francisco. Moving up to key holder and lead sales introduced me to administrative work. Later, when I had an opportunity to travel back to Moscow for work (I am originally from Russia and fully bilingual), I got into hospitality. That position really helped me grow as a professional. From private events to hiring staff and maintaining my team’s morale, I got the opportunity to really learn the ropes. Later, upon my return to San Francisco, I finished my degree while working full time. The company I work for is called Hillstone Restaurant Group. I love being a part of their style of service. Service is set up with vigorous training and extreme attention to detail. I have grown with the company to become Shift Lead and one of the top trainers. While I love what I have done in the service industry, I am more than ready to make the leap into business. The many skills I have acquired through my work in hospitality make me a valuable addition to the workforce. While working well in a team environment, I also take on a leadership role with ease. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and I pay great attention to detail. I am loyal, I work hard and am eager to provide the best level of service.
