Responsibilities: I led a team of 50 people to create educational resources in Mathematics and analyzed data for continuous improvement. Achievements: I successfully executed projects for $ 30,000 within the stipulated deadlines, budgets and quality levels. I developed a process that ensures a high quality final product with the growth of our team members as main axis. Challenges: Generate adequate spaces so that people with different profiles (pedagogical specialists, teachers, and graphic designers) can communicate, feel at ease with their environment and learn from each other.

Responsibilities: I prepared materials and ran class sessions to develop mathematical and scientific skills in my students. Achievements: I mobilized about 400 people to work in educational projects and organized vocational guidance fairs and mentoring programs that allowed my students to understand the importance of education to access a better future. They developed a greater predisposition to learn and achieved academic performance higher than expected. I inspired and emotionally supported female students to get involved in science and technology. Challenges: Interact with people with different cultures and ways of thinking. Facilitate spaces for dialogue to find common ground despite differences and also improve education in the area. Involve families and the community in the student learning process.

Responsibilities: I analyzed technical aspects embedded in complaints presented by large users against electricity distribution companies. I drafted resolution documents in coordination with the legal and rate regulation areas.Achievements: I reduced processing time of resolutions, through the analysis of data derived from complaints and the development of an application in Visual Basic. I carried out activities to strengthen communication and bonds between members of the trainee program. Challenges: Acquire economics and law notions, which meant getting out my area of expertise, and combine these concepts with my technical knowledge to make good decisions.

Responsibilities: I collected and analyzed the energy consumption data in the factory. I calculated the KPIs and prepared reports considering the costs of each type of energy. I worked with process engineers to find energy-saving opportunities. Achievements: I automated the process of calculating KPIs and report preparation by developing an application in Visual Basic. I made a Sankey diagram to show energy flow through different users in the factory. Challenges: Work with engineers from different specialties, roles and countries to implement energy efficiency projects.
