Manage resources, schedules, quality standards, issues and risks to ensure success and on-time project deliver; Planning the team's agenda according to the sponsor's objectives; Monitor team's activities and prepare reports to the sponsor; Develop and implement actions with the C&MSLs (Clinical and Medical Science Liaison) to engage the medical community to the trial, through scientific educational; Support and follow up the regulatory submission, reviewing timelines and documents for drug and protocol dossiers at the Regulatory Agencies, and reviewing and preparing ethical packages for submission at Ethics Committees; Monitor the activities of CRAs, from the qualification of sites to the monitoring of clinical trials; Follow up CTA (Clinical Trial Assistant) activities.

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the preparation of documentation related to clinical trials according to the sponsor/client's scope of work and provide task support on all assigned projects; assistance in reviewing study files to ensure they are complete; elaboration of forms for research and mapping of clinical research potential participants in rare diseases; Scientific congress and meetings, preparing materials and assisting in all necessary tasks; Assist the C&MSLs (Clinical and Medical Science Liaison) with the preparation and maintenance of clinical trials documents and field activities' support materials;

Support in the development of promotional scientific materials for immunology products, materials for medical education, and for the general public, together with the medical team. Support in the development and analysis of market research to evaluate pharmacological treatments and therapeutic approaches in the Brazilian market; Control and organization of events and sponsorship of external events; Monitoring sales and strategies for the nonretail channel.

Development of the promotional plan according to the CNS (Central Nervous System) brands strategy; preparation of tactical plans for the Sales Force; budget planning and control; monitoring of brand performance, with market analysis; drafting contracts for events with speakers, monitoring the provision of services by suppliers and controlling payments; preparation, approval and printing of promotional materials and control of the delivery to the Sales Force

Promotion of Immunobiological and Central Nervous System products to the medical public through digital means; Engagement with the marketing department and medical area to develop strategies and solutions to support customers; Assistance in the elaboration of strategies for sending free samples to HCP (Health Care Providers) by a carrier; Application of VBS (value-based selling) techniques; Knowledge about public and private access to high-cost medicines, to help health professionals.
