I built my career in licensing by participating in the creation and development of brands and characters and turning them into consumer products. This has always been a part of my professional journey, as I was the CEO for licensing agencies Exim Brasil and Kasmanas Consultoria de Marketing LTDA for over 30 years.I have always believed that characters were real, and to me they still are, since they have helped me increase the revenue of big suppliers of consumer goods in Brazil and in the world in over 10 times.After working as a board game designer for the toy factory GROW, I became co-owner of Exim, where I built great licensing successes such as Pokemon, Spiderman, Bananas in Pijamas, among others.In 2005, I decided to open my own licensing agency, Kasmanas, which was responsible for releasing and developing licensing strategies for successful brands like Jolie, Patati Patata, Ladybug, Game of Thrones, among others. We were also the pioneers of licensing products for digital influencers, such as big successes like Kefera, Nostalgia, Porta dos Fundos, Nah Cardoso, among others.I have earned many awards for the best licensing of the year with Patati Patata and Jolie, which I was competing against Disney and Warner Bros Studios.My biggest differential is my networking with the main factories of consumer goods in Brazil.
