I am a Communication student at Arizona State University, pursuing my passion for Real Estate and its potential to create positive impact in the world. I expect to graduate in 2024 with a focus on Business/Corporate Communications and a strong foundation in financial concepts, problem solving, and communication skills.Currently, I support the brokerage team at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services as an intern, conducting market research, property valuation, and deal sourcing. I also have experience in title insurance and escrow services from my previous internship at Chicago Title. Through these internships, I have gained valuable insights into the Real Estate industry and its trends and opportunities, as well as developed my skills in data research and analysis, MySQL, and finance.As a recipient of the Ferguson Centers for Leadership Excellence Fellowship, I have access to tuition assistance and professional development opportunities in Real Estate and related fields. I have also completed certifications and courses in Tax-Deferred Exchanges, and Real Estate Modeling, demonstrating my eagerness to learn new skills and broaden my knowledge base.My goal is to leverage my experience and education to drive innovation and foster positive change in the Real Estate industry.
