Nothing excites me more than being tasked with improving a system/process! I have experience with all parts of project and program management phases and processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing)- driving change in various fields of business while staying aligned with company culture and practices. I influence and bring along stakeholders and fellow team members with compassion, high personal integrity, and effective communication. I am able to look for ways to optimize each person’s natural talents to help them succeed by embracing the different perspectives of everyone I work with. When challenges arise I navigate them by using good judgement and encouraging healthy debate amidst members while focusing on preserving relationships for future collaborations.
