I am a first year student at California State University Channel Islands, working towards attaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations in Spring 2025. I graduated from Ventura College in May of 2022, where I received an Associates Degree in Business Administrations, as well as Business Management. In my four years of experience as a waitress, I am consistently delivering high quality service and building upon a variety of skills, including: hospitality, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and team collaboration. I have trained new and existing staff members in restaraunt and customer service procedures, and also guided them in practicing efficient service standards. In previous years, I gained customer service as a Retail Sales Associate at Target. There, I had the opportunity to engage with guests and develop useful skills for future career endeavors. As a beauty consultant I : provided knowledge on beauty products and skincare, worked sampling events, ensured items were set and stocked, and worked both independently and within a team.
