• M&M Separation Project (SBU):o Responsible for SAP (ERP) HCPQ Testing.o Coordination and updating of solutions aligned with billing and fiscal requirements of Argentina.o Responsible for the sale of fixed assets and inventory, ensuring the billing process, meeting finance requirements, and controlling entry to the new warehouse.• Project Leader: Bonded Whse Uruguay.o New implementation process of Bonded Warehouse in Uruguay. Responsible for defining shipping strategies and customer service for Chile, along with regional sales leadership.o Implementation of the new billing, shipping, collections, samples, and quality system, integrating Uruguay, Chile, and Mexico.o Responsible for coordinating shipments from Uruguay with different logistics operators.o Leader in indent sales (Import/Export) for the countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.• Implementation Coordination:Implementation of AI for capturing purchase orders through the sales portal (MyDuPont). Analysis of key customers for AI usage. Following sales policies and applying differential management. 90% of customers in Argentina and Chile are using AI to place orders.
