My journey in working with nature has been nonlinear from the very beginning. It encompasses a diverse range of fields that I have intentionally chosen because each enriches my life purpose: to create and support initiatives where diversity, in all its forms, is at the center. I strive for my projects not to be merely pragmatic or focused on solving 'technical problems,' but to provoke reflections and emotions in people. I am deeply convinced that this is the action that will lead us to true cultural change—a new way of understanding our coexistence with the planet.I have spent 10 years conducting scientific research at universities and national and international institutes, studying the fundamental role of biodiversity in maintaining planetary support systems.In the organizational realm, I have over 5 years of experience coordinating, managing, and advising NGOs and community initiatives on regeneration, which allow me to engage more people in working with the land and its multiple benefits.As a public speaker, I participate in environmental events and summits around the world, representing the voices of regeneration, youth, women, and my homeland, Latin America.Within the organizational/business sector, I contribute my connections, vision, and experience as a bridge or 'common language' between the needs and demands of these sectors and the complexity of natural processes. The private sector has enormous potential to materialize tangible and positive changes for the future if leadership, design, and production are inspired by regenerative practices.I aim to continue working on initiatives and projects that enhance the success of nature-based solutions: projects that unleash natural intelligence, nurture the web of life that sustains us, strengthen a regenerative culture, and lead us toward deeper, more conscious, equitable, and sustainable ways of inhabiting the earth.
