The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing human resource related duties on a professional level and works closely with Senior HR Management. This position carries out responsibilities primarily in the following functional areas: leave administration, worker’s compensation claims and management, 401K administration, employee relations.

• Act as an advisor and partner to the leadership team on all facets of organizational effectiveness.
• Identifies and monitors the organization's culture to support the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.

• Manage all recruitment efforts for full time and temporary roles.

• Facilitated execution of updated employee handbook

Improved accuracy by developing and implementing audit on payroll system using ADP-eTime within call centers located in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. o Led ADP-eTime upgrade process. o Trained supervisors and 40+ senior leaders. * Streamlined operations by assisting with transition process of consolidating call centers across 2 different.

 Ensured accounting accuracy by: o Entering all representative / employee activities into eWork-Force Management (eWFM) application. o Overseeing employee ‘off-the-phone’ activities for accurate adherence and availability reporting. o Reporting employee overtime and double-time. o Tracking all scheduled holidays, managing approved vacation days, floaters.
