Mr. Allard is an Aviation and Aerospace Industry veteran with more than 40 years of presence in various sectors of the Industry. His background encompasses senior management positions in flight training, business aviation and regional airlines operations. He was also involved in British Aerospace successful marketing and sales effort in Canada. Late 1997, he founded AeroPersonnel to service the staffing needs of the Aviation and Aerospace sectors.In 2002 as co-founder and shareholder of NordTech Aerospace, an airline heavy maintenance center, Mr. Allard oversaw the start-up of the company as President and COO and Member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in the commercial success of NordTech by securing maintenance contracts worth more than 50 million dollars over the course of 2003 and 2004. In June 2004, NordTech made its entry on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange. Late 2004, the company initiated a purchase/merger with ExelTech Aerospace that was completed in early 2005.In December 2004, Mr. Allard retired from the company to return to AeroPersonnel as Managing Director and then President.

It held maintenance authority for a wide variety of aircraft, including the A320, DC9, B727, B737, B757, DHC8 and F100.Business plan developper, co-founder and shareholder of the company. Quebec Aviation was a diversified company offering a wide panoply of aviation services.Its Regional Airline Division operated a fleet of small regional turboprops, while its Corporate Charter Division served the Quebec City business community with a fleet of piston, turboprop and jet aircraft.Its Flight Training Division was one of the largest flight training organization in Canada offering the full gamut of pilot training services to a domestic as well as international customer base.The Maintenance Division Aircraft while maintaining the company’s fleet also offered maintenance services to other operators in the area. The company also offered airport management services to various Airport Corporations in Quebec.As Vice President Marketing and Sales in charge of company wide marketing and sales, oversaw sales of over 5 MM$.As Vice President Commercial Operations, Commuter Division, led commercial operations from strategic planning to airport operations, passenger services, marketing, sales, etc. Demonstrated leadership and expertise on the general aviation scene in his earlier years of involvement with the Company’s Flight Training Division. At the Flight Training Division, more than doubled (2.8 times) the Division’s revenue over a period of three years.
