I am in charge of patient journey, clinical trial data documentation (ISF) and eCRF entry, IMP administration, blood sampling, as well as responding to CRA monitoring visits and queries. Perform diversified tasks, including recruitment, site personnel training, patient follow-up, and reporting of adverse events. Increase workflow by efficiently coordinating clinicians, nurses, and embryologists.

At the hospital's research lab I have been involved in several projects:- VIOXX study: analysis of COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes mRNA expression in duodenal biopsies and protein plasma levels from familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) patients participating in a drug study.- Characterization of a subpopulation of peripheral blood T lymphocytes in DiGeorge syndrome patients by flow cytometry.- Screening of genes linked to Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease for point mutations in a group of 232 families involving CMT patients and their relatives.- DNA sequencing and genotyping using Multilocus Sequencing Typing (MLST and Spa typing (Rydom Staph type software) of Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA strains from the hospital's patients. Microbial culture for antibiotic resistance testing and DNA analysis.

Isolation and flow cytometric characterisation of regulatory T cells from multiple sclerosis patients' blood samples. T cell proliferation and co-culture assays.

Worked with the research project “Phosphate and Calcium Loss in Enamel Erosion”. In paralell worked as assistant to the site coordinator in the Clinical Trials Unit for the arrangement and execution of studies to test new enamel-gentle products developed by a pharmaceutical company.
