From my early professional experience, I have been moved by a strong interest in the field of technologies that improve the health and quality of life of people with chronic conditions, neurodegenerative diseases or disabilities. I worked for SMEs in the Health business sector (R+D, product development and business development). I have worked with several national and international health research and patients' organisations. As an engineer, following PhD studies in a faculty of Medicine gave me a full experience of transdisciplinary and translational research for technologies with impact in the Healthcare sector. I am motivated by projects that use technology to improve value in healthcare.
