I am a social entrepreneur passionate about solving problems while learning and focusing on good execution and purpose beyond profit.Currently combining Non-Executive Diretor appointments, consultancy and management activity with being an adviser and investor.Nearly 20 years experience in consultancy, services companies with work in education, retail, tourism and logistics.As former consultant at Novabase Consulting, CTT Strategy, Databuild Retail I've developed specific expertise in strategy definition, restructuring, governance, change management, organizational design and leadership development.Previously as an Investment-project manager at Databuild Portugal- I've build Geo-referenced databases, negotiated with municipalities, defined sale/renting model contracts, analysed the finance and execution of several retail projects.As an advisor I've worked with Outsourcing IT contracts, sales and distribution centers, business solutions, logistics, digital mail, launch of a mobile network, financial services/bank, determining pricing of mailproducts for franchisers.I like to help organisations on improving the way they work with their teams, especially when there is a strong need for performance upgrade and innovation.I am especially motivated to play an active role in the sustainable development goals, where cooperation between states, citizens and profitable and non profitable organisations can win synergies by cooperating towards common goals.I am passionate about how a single human being can make the change possible.I am driven by people and nature.
