First six months working as Customer Services Engineer, which included configuration, installation and maintenance of CISCO 1600, 2600, 3600 and 7200 routers, with all kind of configurations: VPNs, FR, ATM, etc. First and second level support.After the merge of UUNET and Wcom, my team comes to belong to the Worldcom Customer Services Department in Spain.
