I have a strong desire to solve problems, fix them and see the smile on my guest, colleague and manager. I have no problem to deal with an unhappy and difficult guest. I always welcome the opportunity to learn from situations I get exposed to. I do respect people of all cultures and I love to work in a diverse environment. I have done guest accounts, room reservations, guest rooms and local attractions in my Spanish experience. Currently, I am in Canada, looking for new experiences. My goals are to improve my English and get better in my professional skills.
