Ana Lucia's practice focuses on a range of financing transactions, including project financing, acquisition financing and corporate financing. She has experience in the renewable energy sector, which she gained while seconded as a student at a major Canadian power producer specializing in wind and solar, where she worked on renewable energy financing transactions.Ana Lucia earned her J.D. and B.C.L. at McGill University Faculty of Law, where she worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant and was involved with the McGill Business Law Association, Legal Information Clinic at McGill, Healthy Legal Minds, and various other groups. Prior to her career in law, Ana Lucia worked in the non-profit sector specializing in capital financing and international development, both in Canada and abroad. She has also committed significant time and effort to philanthropic causes, including fundraising and community development in Ukraine. Ana Lucia is fluent in English, French and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Ukrainian.
