As Director of Marketing Operations my role is to manage the entire market of 13 dental practices, manage the leaders of the operations to ensure all are aligned with company goals. Drives high levels of performance, productivity, and efficiency by establishing and tracking accountability measures, creating operational plans, developing processes, and ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and initiatives across all teams.Appointed trainer to all incoming office managers in the Nashville area, spanning 13 locations.Interviewed and hired 20+ employees, including doctors, managers, treatment coordinator, dental hygienist, dental assistants, front desk receptionist, and billing coordinators.Partners with the Doctor Recruitment team and Chief Clinical Director to ensure doctors at partnership practices are top-rated clinicians with fiscal responsibility and patient service according to company standards.Conducts and administers fiscal reviews for the first 90 days in new partnerships, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates of service, and coordinating financial reporting. Manages $125K monthly office budgets, P&L reviews and ensuring high levels of accuracy and accountability.

Oversaw and managed all aspects of operations for the dental practice, directly responsible for leading a team of 12 in ensuring a smooth, patient-oriented experience. Handled a wide range of administrative activities, including obtaining patient data, verifying insurance, filing and tracking insurance claims, reviewing accounts receivable and monthly financial reports, and following up on unpaid claims to achieve maximum reimbursement.
