With more than 18 years of experience in Creative Communications and Advertising, she has worked for different companies in Colombia such as Argos, Bancolombia, Interactuar, Nutresa, Protección, Parque E, Pintuco, SURA and Viva Air, with more than 60,000 employees impacted in North, Center and South America. She was a teacher of Social Alternative Advertising and Brand Communications at the University of Medellín for 3 years.Passionate about entrepreneurship, she was coordinator of the MET Forums for Women Entrepreneurs Medellín (2019) and Cali (2019), held by the MET Community Foundation with the support of BBVA Colombia. In addition, she was part of the Antioquia Sectional Board of ANDI of the Future for 3 years, and vice-president for one year.She is the founder of 2 startups: Grupo Baobab and Apollo Pitch.As founder of Grupo Baobab, she works for the co-creation of the future of work by designing the Positive Experience of the Coworkers. In this field, she has developed methodologies such as: Creative Planning and Design of the Coworkers Positive Experience: C (+) X Design. She is a speaker on the subject and facilitator on all related topics such as: Intrapreneurship, Internal Marketing, Change Management, Digital Transformation and Creativity. She is the creator and organizer of events such as: First Internal Marketing Summit (Medellín, 2016), Internal Marketing Nights (9 editions) and the co-creation community Work Beyond Work (2020).As the founder of Apollo Pitch, she has trained in Storytelling Elevator Pitch more than 400 startups in 4 countries: Colombia, Salvador, Panama and the United States and is working on the launch of a technological platform that connects startups with investors and the market through the Elevator.
