My motivation is to discover the user’s needs to project the best experience. I have over 8 years of experience in Interaction Design and User Research. My skills include: - Conduct qualitative research.- Conduct usability tests.- Collect and analyse user behavior through studies and surveys.- Work with Product Managers, Engineers, UI Designers to solve problems and find the best solution.- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.- Information Architecture: flows, site maps, content strategy.- Create solutions - (wireframes and prototypes).
