Due to different life circumstances, her restlessness, and curiosity; led her to graduate from Industrial and Systems Engineer at TEC de Monterrey. For some years she worked on issues that in a way connected with her dream as a child, for example, Sustainability at Femsa. Then he got more on track towards engineering in quality and product development areas. A few years later she met Astrolab and started working as a consultant. Although she used some engineering tools such as processes, systems, and indicators, Astrolab's focus is to solve problems that have to do with people and their interactions. She found it so exciting and engaging that she decided to study for a master's in Organizational Development at UDEM.
