• Plan the production and distribution of finished product (beer/malt/sangria)nationwide, weekly and monthly and follow up of its results• Estimate long term (quarter and semester) supply chain needs to attend salesand marketing requirements• Master data actualization on advanced planner optimizer system (SAP APO)for production and distribution processes• KPI’s upload and follow up on SAP BW

• Consumables analyst: responsible for inventories, purchase orders, availabilityfor production plans, product losses analysis and quality claims to suppliers ofall consumables used on beer and malt filling (labels, glue, non returnablebottles, caps, pallets)• Transport analyst: guarantee on time payment and follow up of productmissing and accidents of transport suppliers. Build weekly transport programand direct sales attention• Supply analyst:o Analyze production needs plans and lead meeting betweenproductive areas to build production programso Build weekly distribution programs and execution follow upo Daily analysis of nationwide availability of finished product for saleso Finished product inventory analysis

• Plan production of beer and malt guaranteeing on time liquid availability forfilling room• Manage equipment disposal for preventive maintenance to guaranteeoperation continuity• Manage process orders closing on SAP ERP guaranteeing associated costsand properly materials consumption

Develop required skills for effective management of production processes related tothe brewery, by learning and executing established procedures, going throughassigned areas (filling room, brew house, utilities, logistics) and proposing relatedimprovements, in order to have the comprehensive training for meet the relief needsof the organization.
