 Determines customer requirements by studying business process and gathering of information.  Prepares project proposal based on collected customer requirements.  Creates project timeline and identifies phases and elements to be covered in the full project implementation.  Defines the overall project specifications by analyzing requirements and reflecting it to the project file that will serve as the blueprint of the project.  Customizes CRM modules and fields, defines user privileges and configures user capabilities based on each user roles.  Provides instruction documents and briefings to developers and designers for complex CRM customization.  Checks quality to ensure the project is of high quality output.  Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.  Provides references for customers by writing and maintaining user manuals, providing help desk support and training users.  In direct communications with customer for project updates and other project related concerns and to CEO for regular status updates.  Supervises the whole team to ensure that every projects are on track and contributes to team effort in accomplishing results.
