I work for Intellect Design Arena, a cutting-edge FinTech company that provides digital banking solutions to top banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies worldwide, as an assistant manager of global analyst relations and branding. I am the lead anchor for Analyst Relations with Forrester, Gartner and Omdia. I have previously managed Datos Insights and Celent. Having worked in the FinTech, BFSI, and BPO industries for over a decade in various client-facing Account Management positions, I have honed my prowess in Customer Success, CRM, and Analyst Relations.I'm gearing up to spearhead and carry out Global IT Organisations' analyst relations strategy. My main goal in my current position is to establish and preserve long-lasting connections with important analyst firms and analysts. I cooperate with cross-functional teams to use analyst research and relationships for strategic initiatives, such as briefings/demos, RFI submissions, and other paid engagements. I also work closely with the Product Marketing and Corporate Communication/Public Relations teams to deliver high-quality content to the analyst community that promotes positive branding. In addition, I track and forecast important account KPIs and help internal SMEs and spokespersons prepare content for an analytical audience. I am constantly excited to take on new challenges and opportunities, and I have a strong desire to expand my knowledge within the scope of Analyst Relations and FinTech.
