The experience in World's largest market research company, the Nielsen Company, enabled me to understand deeply in the FMCG industry, specially the marketing and the trade marketing.With the knowledge, I actively helped my clients to drive them success, meanwhile, grew the Nielsen Company business as well.Thinking from client's aspects & good communication skills are the kits that make me a trustful partner of my clients but not a data provider.Experience in multinational client's communications also widened my eyes in dealing with different people from different culture.The experience in iResearch, the China largest online research company, was an extension of my career in online gaming industry. By working in iResearch, I learnt how to do quantitative and qualitative research. And also deepened my understanding in online business.The part time job of working in Cavalry Assets Management enhanced my knowledge in Finance area. It was a perfect experience for me to combine the research knowledge and online gaming industry knowledge while extending my finance knowledge. I was reporting to the fund partner, that enabled me to know better how a top level manager thinks from finance perspective. I helped my manager understand the China online gaming industry with sophisticated industry knowledge and help him make the right investment decisions.The experience in Symbeyond was my first job. It was a starting-up company that I was the fourth employee of it. It was an excellent experience to learn how to start a company. I worked with my manager to set up and lead a whole team. And also providing constructive recommendations to the company founder in terms of the company development. The company reached 40 people when I left it.
