Managed intercontinental order routing project to send orders to multiple different fulfillment centers in US, Europe, and Australia. System managed all orders with SLA awareness and ability to load balance orders between fulfillment centers based on capacity planning. Products could be produced at location with best time to ship and margin savings. System had ability to be aware of all states of order production and identify late or soon to be late orders to allow escalated action.Collaborated with product creation team to perform research and development on new products, and vet production feasibility. Assisted with bringing 15 product lines and 100s of order SKUs on line.

Collaborated with plant personnel and developers to create company first printing service to support HP printing presses that passed new orders directly to press operators. This resulted in orders being available print in a matter of minutes, without delays created by human managed batching processes. Managed new plant-wide printing project by collaborating with plant and development teams to modernize the printing architecture for the plant. Project unified all printing systems, order management, order consolidation, and order shipment into common service-oriented architecture. New system allowed plant to set unprecedented levels of SLA compliance and labor efficiency.Organized agile processes for internal development team. Provide road map forecast to senior leaders.
