Managed intercontinental order routing project to send orders to multiple different fulfillment centers in US, Europe, and Australia. System managed all orders with SLA awareness and ability to load balance orders between fulfillment centers based on capacity planning. Products could be produced at location with best time to ship and margin savings. System had ability to be aware of all states of order production and identify late or soon to be late orders to allow escalated action.Collaborated with product creation team to perform research and development on new products, and vet production feasibility.
