My solution improved troubleshooting and problem determination as well supported developers work on middleware. The system was able to process +70 GB/day. • my initiative for complete virtualization of midrange server platforms resulted in a significantly better utilization of hardware compared to bare-metal operating.

The pleasing result was a stable operation and reduced maintenance costs for the platform "Business of the Future". • My prompting to standardize profiles, the introduction of a log management and the consequent exception handling resulted in a very high operational stability of the WebSphere platforms.
