CurrentPrioritize project assignments based on expected delivery dates, working with team to ensure timelines are met with quality deliverablesManage and update custom implementation timelines/project plans to ensure on time delivery of services and deliverablesWork closely with the implementation team making sure there is clear communication between all partiesCommunicate team availability and timelines to Sales and ImplementationEnsure all project status are updated and communication is clearWalk customers through use case testing to validate configuration meets their needsFollow-up with customers to obtain feedback on deliverablesCoordinate with team leads to understand project timeline projectionsIdentify any risk associated with the project to create a mitigation plan to be communicated with the clientCollaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Support, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the process.Address any escalated issues or customer concerns, working with internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Develop and maintain implementation documentation, best practices, and training materials to empower customers and team members to successfully deploy and utilize our products and services and help facilitate the training of new team members and work closely with new staff until their training is complete.Drive continuous improvement within the Project Lead team by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.Monitor team performance and productivity metrics, tracking progress against goals and targets, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure success.
