Lead a highly skilled technical team covering Cloud and Cognitive Software technologies. We work with business partners in the Build motion which includes embedding of IBM technology within partner solutions and for direct consumption by business partners. My team enables partners with skills and helps partners to achieve competitive differentiation to achieve their go to market objectives.

In this role, I’m responsible for technical aspects related to supporting and growing Build business partners. Build business partners utilize IBM technology within their own solution which they bring to the market or for their internal use. For existing partners, I work to maintain and grow the IBM offerings that they utilize and also ensure continued success with the solutions they currently use. For whitespace partners, I work on identifying opportunities and develop a strategic path for the partners.I provide technical expertise in areas related to the Cloud and Data Platform solutions of IBM. The areas that I focus on are:• Automation (FileNet, Datacap, Content Analyzer, Robotic Process Automation, Workflow, Integration, AIOps, and related solutions)• Hybrid Data Management (Db2 family and related solutions)• Unified Governance and Integration (MDM, Watson Knowledge Catalog, DataStage, StoredIQ, and related solutions)• Data Science and Business Analytics (Watson Studio, Cognos Analytics, and related solutions)• Watson Cloud services (Watson Language Translation, Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, and related solutions)For areas outside of Cloud and Data Platform solutions or when I need deeper knowledge, I coordinate with other SMEs within IBM.I also work with IBM support and offering management to both assist partners and help bring feedback from partners to offering management to help with product direction. Together with the team of sales reps that I work with, we ensure that Build partners are getting the best solutions possible and create a winning solution for both IBM and the partner.Through my interactions with partners, I help them set strategic direction, compare solutions, make recommendations, and keep them updated with both current and future IBM offerings and direction. I was responsible for developing and leading workshops based on IBM technologies, primarily IBM Cloud.
