Involved in End-End recruitment activities.Job description writing, posting the requirements in the job Portals, company website.Sourcing potential candidates for required skill set through Intelligroup Career Portals, job portals, Personal Network, and Employee Referrals.Screening of resumes and conducting initial interviews to judge the candidate’s suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding it to the technical panel.Briefing candidates about job specifications, role, responsibility, growth prospects, and organizational hierarchy etc.Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.Schedule interviews with panel and Acquiring periodic feedback from panel regarding selection/rejection of the candidates and maintaining proper MIS reports.Negotiating with the candidate and making them to join on boardPerforming reference and background checks for the selected candidatesKeeping in touch with offered candidates until they are joined.Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Trainees, Software engineers, Programmer analyst, System analyst & senior system analyst, project managers etc.Maintain good relationship with vendors for the open one time positions allocating the requirements to them.Arranging for walk-ins drive and coordinating with Technical Panel
