● Collecting payments from customer service and reconciling with the financial statement. Additionally, training station staff and clients on the different forms of Sadeem accounts, payments etc.● Collaborating with the financial coordinator to prepare and deliver annual divisional financial budget by coordinating with supervisors of each department, forecast and cash flow reports.● Generating memoranda for petty cash, refunds, and accounting requests, in addition to providing monthly financial reports to clients. Processing DR/CR notes for petrol stations rejected purchases by manually revising them on the system. Maintaining records of accounting's standard operating procedures and policies. ● Supporting the Customer Service team in their day-to-day operations and the Business Development team in their strategy development for expanding the company's client base.● Provided training on financial duties & procedures and advanced product knowledge to new hires, current staff, and several interns over the years.

• Creating applications for New/Renewal/Lost/Damaged cards and processing services such as cash top-up, amendment of card details, cancelling/blocking cards.• Confirming, approving, and issuing applications once processed.• Verifying card transactions and providing clients with transaction data requested.• Incorporating consumer feedback and acting to address issues raised in that feedback.• Dealing with walk-in customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails from clients.• Organizing and filing customer paperwork by account type.
