The company has three business aims i.e. distribution of international skin & hair care brand expertise, salon Franchises and a globally accredited aesthetic academy.Responsibilities and Accomplishments:• Restructuring and rebranding of the parent organization• Negotiating distribution contracts to grow product portfolio.• Business development and forecasting, defining sales targets and ensuring that the targets are met.• Creating the complete B2B and B2C strategies and marketing plans and calendar promotions.• Designing and managing marketing campaigns through a yearly calendar including social media, print advertisements, press releases and PR.• Directing editorial campaigns and coordinating art work with graphic artists, print and media outlets. • Actualizing the Educational Department while adapting local requirements with international standards. • Designing the academy course material, Supervising the Training and Educational Departments whilst instilling the company’s training philosophy.• Developing training manuals and SOPs for quality control. • Acting as a brand ambassador on behalf of Qureshi Group at various conferences and seminars.• Formulating activation plans and event management for all company launches.
