The project that I am involved in at NPCC Engineering Private Limited (NEL), is the 2nd Berth at GCPL Marine Facility Dahej. The advisory role of NEL for this project is Residual Engineering.My roles and responsibility entails:- Preparation of daily tracking sheet for deliverables, tracking of design and engineering deliverables and expediting issuance.- Generating Progress reports, U/R Ratio, Workfront Lookahead reports, Backlog reports for projects.- Delay analysis and look ahead report preparation and highlighting Areas of Concern.- The Progress calculation at the end of month based on the deliverables issued for invoicing.

At Pentacle Consultants, I have been working with a multidisciplinary team for few projects. The First Project that I was involved in is the Nagpur Mumbai Super Communication Expressway. Here my role entails:- Program Management, Monitoring and Tracking the progress of 16 Construction Packages with a team of 14 Project Management Experts- Contracts and Legal Framework Management. It includes assisting the Authority in claims of the Contractors' for scope, time and other factors- Preparing MIS, Monthly Reports, Quarterly Report and other presentations for the Client and Lenders of the Project- Working on addressing day to day technical and financial matters at the Client's Office, which include interventions in designs, utility shifting, statutory and lender obligations, etc.

The second project that I was involved in at Pentacle Consultants, is the Project Management Services for Modernization of the Deonar Abattoir in Mumbai (500 Crore Project). The advisory role of Pentacle Consultants for this project is Engineering, Transaction Advisory and Project Management. My roles and responsibility entails:-Preparation of the Contract Document for the appointment of Contractor; and an Operator for the Deonar Abattoir. The Contract has been prepared on the basis of FIDIC and SBD of MCGM.- Coordination between the site team and the design team to deliver results to the Client.- Involved in Contractual Advisory for this project with the Contracts team at Pentacle- Dealing with all stakeholders in project to address issues and address them to ensure the project is not delayed.

The project that I was involved in at Sapura Energy, is the Subsea Wells & Pipeline Replacement Project – V (PRP-V). The advisory role of Sapura Energy for this project is EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning)My roles and responsibility entails:- Brownfield (Topside) - Involved in onshore preparation of sky view, Maintaining the Delay Downtime for Procurement, Logistics, Marine & Engineering along with Identification and Mitigation of the Onshore and Offshore Delay, Preparing Bill of Materials and maintaining Material tracking sheet.- Greenfield (Subsea) - Riser Stalk-On and Tie-in spool - Prepare MTOs and project specific operating procedure, Manage fabrication of designed CRA Riser in Onshore Fabrication yard, Engineer, Plan and Execute subsea offshore works in co-ordination with the Client, DNV and Onshore team, Review of as-built drawing and submission for Client approval.- Change Order & Procurement - Preparation of Change Order, Floating RFQ’s, Preparation of TBE & CBE, SAP PO, Negotiation with Vendor, Co-ordinating with vendor for material delivery on time for Procurement.

Was assigned the project of Widening of Existing Vehicular Underpass (VUP), Jogeshwari, Mumbai. - Assisted the Team in Engineering Design Report;- Worked on Estimation;- Preparation of Tender Documents as the requirement of the Client.

Worked on site at Kalpataru Avana residential tower located at Parel, Mumbai.- Participated in day to day engineering design activities and contributed to ideas and framework for efficient project management. -Suggested structural changes lead to an overall improvement in work flow efficiency and helped achieve client satisfaction.
