• Updated and developed scripts and SQL database queries to extract and analyse data from the proprietary Nexus360 Cloud platform. Data was sanitised and conditioned using Python 3.0 for future input to downstream processing and analysis.• Used Power BI to create a dashboard to monitor and track key performance indicators from customer data. This was used to identify patterns and trends in product failures, and subsequently inform corrective action.• Management of the logistics for clinical trials for FDA approval of a medical sleep diagnostic product. This included coordination of multiple sites for the acquisition of clinical data, communication with clinical investigators and technologists, and rapid response to operational challenges.• Developed customised reports, summarising and presenting patient medical data in a visually appealing format for reviewing doctors. These presented key biological parameters output by the medical device in a logical sequence and structure, allowing rapid and efficient diagnosis.
