HRBP for Intergrated Supply Chain

• Partner with business leaders and other support functions through end to end recruitment process, talent acquisition, personnel administration (Revisal, SAL), end to end payroll process, compensation and benefits, learning and development, event management, internal communication, reporting.• Develop and implement short/long term HR initiatives to support strategic business objectives and operational KPIs. Coach Leadership Team and employees to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce, through driving a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.• Provide professional HR expertise, advice and support, coach managers and employees on HR related topics for the designated functions.• Drive and implement strategic local HR projects for employee engagement, such as retention, leadership development, training programs.

• Partner with business leaders and other support functions through end to end recruitment process, talent acquisition, personnel administration (Revisal, SAL), end to end payroll process, compensation and benefits, learning and development, event management, internal communication, reporting.• Translate business requirements into effective HR projects across the location in accordance with business objectives, partnering closely at an operational level with multiple stakeholders and other HR partners on strategy and execution, providing high-level HR expertise support.• Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment, team building and engagement.• Develop trust-based relationships with all business participants and become the trust advisor for both the employees and business by dealing with sensitive people information with extreme care.• Build and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions and acting as a trusted HR partner.• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Employee journey life cycle: role description, job, posts, talent acquisition process, performance and evaluation management, personnel administration, payroll, maintain HR database.• Develop and implement HR Policies, coordinate the selection, recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle.• Manage and conduct regular training and awareness sessions for EHS.• End to end ownership of Labor & Employee Relations, Employment Counsel requiring understanding of basic requirements. Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

• Part of "QAB Career" Internship program.• Offer support for the local HR team in different activities such as: Recruiting, Internal Communication, Onboarding, Internal Events, Training and Development, Engagement.• Assist Talent Acquisition; schedule interviews for Hiring Managers.• Assist and develop various trainings: Sales dedicated trainings etc .
