Evaluation, selection, and negotiation with suppliers. Control and analysis of Deltax`s costs and expenses. Organize and coordinate internal Deltax events. - Legal issues: Designing and preparing the legal documents for partners and startups, contract structuring, definition of the legal and administrative structure of the new business, managing the pool of lawyers. Negotiation of legal terms between DeltaX and partners or startups.
