I am an ambitious and creative leader who created and led the digital publishing division at a boutique literary agency. While working in close partnership with clients, their agent, and major retailers, I oversaw the full publication cycle for CMA Digital’s eBooks list. This included seeking out account opportunities; advising clients on the digital publishing landscape; curating a key title list with each client; creating, distributing, and publishing mobi and ePub files; developing and executing eBooks-specific promotional efforts across retailers, including downpricing campaigns; and conducting monthly sales reporting and analysis will all interested parties. I also managed the entire cycle of the agency’s educational internship program, which prepares college students and recent graduates for successful careers in publishing.As I progress in my career, I look forward to honing my self-taught marketing skills with opportunities to promote stories by and about marginalized voices.
